Richmond Heights voters will take to the polls Sept. 23 to determine the future of Mayor Miesha Wilson Headen’s term in office. City Council approved the date at a special meeting Aug. 25 in a 6-1 vote. Councilwoman Juanita Lewis cast the dissenting vote.
